This set is a great because it goes hand in hand with her book. This way if you do not have a gym membership you can reap the benefits of her workouts. They are tough so be prepared and you will need an exercise step too.
Customer Review: There’s no giving up with these DVDs!!!
Unlike her book, this DVD set is a blessing. I attend the gym 3 days a week in the morning, as well as run 2 miles a day at night, and all I have to say is that these DVD’s will make your muscles ache in places you didn’t know existed. But don’t be alarmed, it’s a good sort of pain hahaha. It will take some time to be able to keep up with her butt kicking, but it’s worth it in the end. You will sweat more and work more in 30 minutes then you normally would with an 1 ? session at the gym. The only downfall is that everything is fast paced. You will be hitting that pause and rewind button a few times before you get into the flow of things. Also, weights and a step board are essential in 4 of the 5 DVDs. If you are serious about pushing yourself AND ARE ALREADY A GYM ENTHUSIAST, these DVD’s are for you. If you’re a beginner to the whole workout routine, I honestly do not recommend these DVD’s purely for the lack of proper instruction on form (she assumes you already acquired it from being “gym-active” in the first place), and the speed she goes about between sets. But all in all, I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these DVDs!!!

We puchased the trash can a few months ago. We have given the unit extensive use without a flaw. The only problem is the front of the unit tips up slightly in the front and not securing it’s self securely in the groove it is to lay on. Other than that, no problems. Would buy again.
Customer Review: I feel like Buck Rogers!
This is the best thing since bread slicing machines. Just walk over to the trash can and it cheerfully opens for you! No more fumbling with the lid and trying to keep nasty gunk from getting all over as you do. I appreciate this quite a lot as I am deathly afraid of chicken germs and I have a 3 year old in the house who could easily touch a dirty trash bin if I had one around - luckily I no longer do! The 3 year old also enjoys the can and he takes great pride in helping throw away trash so he can use the can. He even thanks the can afterwards, which is very cute.

Customer Review: What Battery Holder
Wow, at least your can came with a battery holder. Mine didn’t. Needless to say, the touchless can seldom worked as the batteries kept getting dislodged. What a disappointment.
Customer Review: Defective battery holder door
I do like this trash can, EXCEPT for the poorly fitted door to the battery holder. If I move the trash can, or if someone accidentally bumps it, the door becomes dislodged, and the batteries shift, losing their contact points. As a result, the can is no longer a “touchless” one. There is no damage to the door–it’s just a defect in the engineering and production. There’s no way to exchange it, as the postage to return it would cost too much. I’ve resorted to taping not only the door, but also the batteries. It is an annoying workaround. For this reason, I cannot recommend paying the price for this can unless you buy it locally and return it if yours, too, is defective.
