This video covers basics. …child proofing and how to assess how serious the injury is and what might have caused it. Car safety, pets, stings, sunburn, heat exhaustion/stroke, cold exposure, head injuries, falls, breaks/fractures, bumps, falls, burns, electrical burns, eye injuries and nose problems.
This contains video in all the segments - it is not a sit down lecture. It gives a list of things to look for and or to do for each of the things it covers. It also gives guidelines as to when you should call your doctor or EMS (the Emergency Medical Services).
I think this video is very useful, probably more so if you watch it every now and then for a refresher. I think it was well done. You can get all this information in a book, but if you are a visual learner you might appreciate seeing it.

The design also allows you to spend time on hard-to-reach areas and trouble spots without risking enamel wear. The Elite features a slim, angled neck, contour-fit, extra gentle bristles and a unique ergonomic, lightweight handle.
Sonic Technology
Inspired by the technologies of much more expensive dental equipment, Sonicare creates dynamic fluid cleaning action. It works like tiny, but powerful sonic waves, dislodging plaque that isn’t normally reachable by a manual brush, or the oscillating or rotating movement of other power brushes. In fact, dynamic fluid cleaning action can actually make it easier to clean plaque below the gum-line. The bristles on a Sonicare play an important part as well. Their high-velocity movement creates the dynamic fluid cleaning action, while allowing for direct contact with each tooth. Sonicare’s bristles are also designed to be extra gentle on teeth and gums.
Smartimer
Smartimer is the automatic shut-off feature in your Sonicare brush that helps encourage you to brush for two minutes, which is the dental professional recommended brushing time. It’s simple — after two minutes, your Sonicare shuts off. If at any time during brushing you momentarily stop the brush to rinse or apply more toothpaste, the Smartimer pauses its timing so that you can pick up where you left off. Although two minutes is recommended for optimal results, you can always stop or restart the brush at any time by pressing the power button. Whenever the handle is placed in the charger, the Smartimer automatically resets to ensure a full brushing cycle the next time you use it. The Smartimer also automatically resets itself if you stop your Sonicare toothbrush for longer than 45 seconds.
Easy-start
Because the sensation created by Sonicare’s dynamic fluid action is unique, Sonicare has a feature that lets your gums get accustomed to it over the first 12 to 14 uses. All Sonicare models come with the Easy-start feature activated, which helps you adjust to brushing with Sonicare. The Easy-start feature is active on your brush if you hear 2 beeps immediately after turning on your Sonicare. Once you reach optimal brushing power, you will no longer hear the double beeping at the beginning of your brushing routine.
Quadpacer
Quadpacer makes sure that you brush all four quadrants of your mouth evenly and thoroughly. At 30-second intervals (30, 60 and 90 seconds for a 2-minute brushing cycle), you will hear a short beep and a pause in brushing action. This is your signal to move to the next section of your mouth. Quadpacer makes it easy to clean all areas of the mouth equally well.
Recharge Gauge
If your Sonicare features a Recharge Indicator, and the handle is placed into the charger, the charge indicator LED will blink green as the battery charges. When the battery reaches full charge, the charge indicator LED will glow steady green until the handle is removed from the charger base. When your Sonicare is turned on or off, the charge indicator LED will blink yellow if the battery charge is low. You will also be notified, via three rapid beeps, that you have three or fewer brushings remaining.
Dual Speed Control
This feature lets you set the brushing power to work with your needs. Choose normal speed for optimal plaque removal and reduced speed for gentle cleaning of sensitive areas.

Customer Review: First Electric Toothbrush and I’m loving it
This was my first electric toothbrush and after only two weeks of using it coffee stains are gone and my teeth are getting whiter every day. The Quad-Pacer (or whatever it is called) is a must and makes brushing your teeth much more consistent. Charger stand has a small foot print and the tooth brush already lasted a 3 day weekend at the ski hill without the charger. Highly recommended.
Customer Review: Great toothbrush
I bought this model as an upgrade to my old Sonicare (which gave me about 8 years of use!). The e7300 is greatly improved: faster brush; lighter handle; and tapered to reach backsides of teeth much better. After a week of using this model, my teeth feel like I’ve just had them cleaned at the dentist (but without the sore gums). Highly recommended and well worth the money, considering the benefits to oral health.

This set is a great because it goes hand in hand with her book. This way if you do not have a gym membership you can reap the benefits of her workouts. They are tough so be prepared and you will need an exercise step too.
Customer Review: There’s no giving up with these DVDs!!!
Unlike her book, this DVD set is a blessing. I attend the gym 3 days a week in the morning, as well as run 2 miles a day at night, and all I have to say is that these DVD’s will make your muscles ache in places you didn’t know existed. But don’t be alarmed, it’s a good sort of pain hahaha. It will take some time to be able to keep up with her butt kicking, but it’s worth it in the end. You will sweat more and work more in 30 minutes then you normally would with an 1 ? session at the gym. The only downfall is that everything is fast paced. You will be hitting that pause and rewind button a few times before you get into the flow of things. Also, weights and a step board are essential in 4 of the 5 DVDs. If you are serious about pushing yourself AND ARE ALREADY A GYM ENTHUSIAST, these DVD’s are for you. If you’re a beginner to the whole workout routine, I honestly do not recommend these DVD’s purely for the lack of proper instruction on form (she assumes you already acquired it from being “gym-active” in the first place), and the speed she goes about between sets. But all in all, I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these DVDs!!!

I work out to Loretta’s “Joy of Stress” video and now I iron while watching “Humor Your Stress” when I need to lighten up and refocus my attitude. Loretta’s insights are profound, yet she delivers in such a funny way they are remarkably effective in inspiring change. And everyone around me benefits when I get that adjustment in my “happymeter”.
