Customer satisfaction is our number one goal! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly replace it with another product or refund your money. If you wish to return a purchased product please respond with a prompt phone call to our toll free customer service line: 866-891-9177 or 530-546-7001, and obtain a RA # (Return Authorization Number). Shipping costs incurred in both directions are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is our #1 goal to ensure YOUR satisfaction.
If we make an error on the item(s) we ship to you, we will incur all related shipping charges.

We will offer a refund as long as the return takes place within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept returns on any item purchased at over 20 percent below its retail price. If you wish to return a sale item, it will only qualify for an exchange or for store credit.

We will not accept returns on climbing gear, food, mounted skis, consignment items, or any products that are identified as used in their product descriptions.

We use UPS or FEDEX if we are responsible for return shipping and you are in the Continental United States. It takes 2-6 days depending on your location.Any returns on purchases over $100 will incur a 15% restocking fee.
