Customer Review: Soy Bars Have Come A Long Way Baby!
Apart from the obvious nutritional value, the taste was surprisingly better than I anticipated. Normally, if I find soy-based nutritional bars tend to have a chalky or tree-bark-like texture and taste. I dare say, the texture reminds me of a healthy-not-too-sweet “Rice Krispy Treat”.

We, like so many other families, are always on the go. At first, I thought this would be just another dry snack bar, but at least it was a healthy alternative when there’s no time to sit down for a meal. Instead, we all (3) really love these vanilla NuGo bars. Our 12 year old even takes one everyday for a school snack. It’s just right!

This is a very interesting book and one everyone should have. I had no idea that you should eat according to your blood type. All this time I thought I was eating healthy, I came to find out that I was eating the wrong things according to my blood type. No wonder I could never lose weight. I am so glad I found this book!

Customer Review: The Essential Exercise Video
A must-own exercise video, in this Leslie takes you on a 25 minute intense aerobics workout. Using only basic exercise moves (kicking, side-stepping, kick backs and knee lifts, mostly), Sansone gets you out of your seat with fast-paced music, inspirational words for dieters and overly enthusiastic comments on how well you’re doing. In all fairness, nothing has helped me more than this video. I’ve been using this (varied with a twenty minute audio cassette also by Leslie- great for traveling) three times a week for two years. I lost the ten pounds I wanted to and haven’t gained an ounce back since, WITH NO DIET CHANGES! The short duration of the tape is also encouraging, unlike a Richard Simmons (or most other similar workout tapes), you’re not dancing your buns off for upwards of an hour, it’s just 25 minutes! A must-own way for getting a healthy, non-obsessive workout without leaving your living room.
Customer Review: The best yet for couch potatos
I would highly recommend this tape to anyone that is just starting to exercise or has never exercised. It is so easy to do and follow. I have had knee surgery, and cannot do to much twisting or jumping, and this tape is just what I have been looking for. I will certainly purchase more of Leslie’s tapes in the future.

This is a wonderful health product. I gave some to my parents and they are now customers. My sister just got a great health report from her doctor after switching from prescription drugs for some conditions to Rice and Shine. We all love the flavors and the many ways the product can be used. Makes a great “malt” when mixed with milk and ice in the blender. We love both the vanilla and the chocolate. Customer Review: If you like drinking sand..
I didn’t experience any of the “amazing results” that this product bragged about. Not to mention that it’s so gritty that swallowing it is like tyring to choke down dry toast. It tastes awful. The only benefit I see is the fiber content, but this method of delivery is nowhere near enjoyable. This stuff is awful, and not worth the 35 dollars that it cost. If you want fiber, eat some veggies or take a supplement. This stuff is NASTY! If I could give it zero stars, I would.
