Ensure Plus Complete Balanced Nutrition Drink, Ready to Use, Homemade Vanilla Shake, 24 - 8 Fluid Ounce Bottles
Customer Review: Helps me maintain weight
I have trouble gaining and maintaining weight (believe me, it’s not as fun as it sounds) and Ensure helps me from looking too weak. It packs a huge amount of calories and actually tastes pretty good. An added benefit is that it’s completely lactose-free, making it perfect for vegans or those who are lactose-intolerant.

Customer Review: TRIED & TRUE
Ensure Plus has been my primary source of nutrition for five years now following mouth cancer surgery. I still have a PEG tube, but fortunately am able to drink my nutrition. I have tried every liquid supplement on the market. I still do not tire of my favorite, vanilla. Their chocolate is also the best chocolate on the market. The creaminess and the depth of flavoring cannot be beat. Try freezing in ice cube trays, then blending with a couple of real ice cubes in a blender for a terrific “milkshake.” By still having a PEG tube, this is a bonafide prescription which is delivered to my home monthly.

Customer Review: Good solid scale….no major flaws
Have had the Eatsmart for about a month now and have been very impressed. Weighs most of the food i consume daily and gives accurate nutrient information. I really like that I can get a full size plate onto the scale and still read the display, something I have had a hard time with other scales I have owned. Overall very highly recommended.
Customer Review: Much better than the Salter 1450
So I had initially bought the Salter 1450 on the recommendation of a friend on an internet message board. While the scale worked fine, the database of foods was impractical (lots of packaged/junk foods) for somebody trying to maintain health with diabetes. Additionally, the search functionality (scrolling through) took more time than it was worth and just created headaches for me. My local diabetes center recommended the EatSmart to me, and so far i have been thoroughly impressed. Seems to be a much more “professional” approach to this scale, with a database tailored specifically to whole foods and an easy to use interface. Best of all, the nutrition facts calculator is an additional feature that allows me to monitor net carbs with any packaged foods i happen to eat (this can be done with any food, so I make my own healthy 100 calorie snacks!) It also sits nicely on my kitchen counter and looks aesthetically pleasing, unlike the Salter that looked like a laptop and I was ashamed to have around. EatSmart was a little cheaper too so i saved a few bucks. Highly recommended

ZonePerfect All Natural Nutrition Bar, Chocolate Caramel Cluster, 1.76-Ounce Bars in 12-Count Boxes (Pack of 2)

ZonePerfect All Natural Nutrition Bar, Chocolate Caramel Cluster, 1.76-Ounce Bars in 12-Count Boxes (Pack of 2)
Customer Review: Would not recommend
Just bought the Zone Perfect bar. I decided to buy them based on the overall good reviews on this site. But after my first bite, I realized it was the typical, bad tasting bars. The taste is horrible, and the calorie and fat grams are quite high 200/6 respectively. I am terribly disappointed as they will just be thrown away since they are not edible. I do not recommend this to anyone.

This is an excellent tool for getting a better understanding on how to support and help my daughter improve in lacrosse. I wanted to play an active role by getting the book as well as equipment for both of us. Now we toss the ball to each other and practice what we’ve read in the book. She’s definitely getting better.

Window Graphic - 30×65 Skiing is Believing

July 1st, 2008

Window Graphic - 30×65 Skiing is Believing

Design: Clearvue Graphics Surf and Snow Series
Dimensions: 30×65 (SUV)

See-through window graphics are printed on mechanically perforated vinyl. This vinyl has a sticky adhesive on one side, protected by a peel away release layer. This perforated material, known as window perf, is made by many companies around the United States. All see-through window graphics are printed on basically the same material. The difference between graphic companies is what they print on this material!

The beauty of window perf is that it is incredibly low tech, comprised of 50% vinyl and 50% holes. Human eyes absorb light reflected from objects. When someone looks at the image on your window, their eyes absorb the light being reflected off of the printed image. The holes cannot be seen. The graphic looks like a solid image!

The sticky side of the graphic which faces the glass, is black. Looking out from inside the vehicle, your eyes absorb light reflected off objects outside the vehicle, such as buildings, cars, trees, etc. Your eyes blend the black material on the inside with the images seen through the holes, creating the illusion that there is nothing on your window. The resulting effect will amaze you! These graphics apply to the outside of the window and will not effect, or be effected by window tints of factory window defrosters.

PRIVACY AND UV PROTECTION
Another benefit of having this material on your window is UV protection. ClearVue Graphics block 50% of the sun’s UV rays. These rays are responsible for fading vehicle interiors and heating the cab. ClearVue Graphics will keep your vehicle cooler and preserve the interior from fading. Because these graphics prevent outside viewing into your vehicle, you will enjoy a dramatic increase in privacy as you drive down the road, or while parked at a scenic location.

Dark Summit: The True Story of Everest’s Most Controversial Season

The inside story of the deadly 2006 climbing season on Everest
On May 15, 2006, a young British climber named David Sharp lay dying near the top of Mount Everest while forty other climbers walked past him on their way to the summit. A week later, Lincoln Hall, a seasoned Australian climber, was left for dead near the same spot. Hall’s death was reported around the world, but the next day he was found alive after spending the night on the upper mountain with no food and no shelter.

If David Sharp’s death was shocking, it was hardly singular: despite unusually good weather, ten others died attempting to reach the summit that year. In this meticulous inquiry into what went wrong, Nick Heil tells the full story of the deadliest year on Everest since the infamous season of 1996. He introduces Russell Brice, the commercial operator who has done more than anyone to provide access to the summit via the mountain’s north side—and who some believe was partly accountable for Sharp’s death. As more climbers attempt the summit each year, Heil shows how increasingly risky expeditions and unscrupulous outfitters threaten to turn Everest into a deadly circus.

Written by an experienced climber and outdoor writer, Dark Summit is both a riveting account of a notorious climbing season and a troubling investigation into whether the pursuit of the ultimate mountaineering prize has spiraled out of control.
