This is a very interesting book and one everyone should have. I had no idea that you should eat according to your blood type. All this time I thought I was eating healthy, I came to find out that I was eating the wrong things according to my blood type. No wonder I could never lose weight. I am so glad I found this book!

Customer Review: Response from Chefnology re “Inaccurate software program” review
At Chefnology, we base our information on the most trustworthy source we can find, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference. The erroneous data value for Splenda came directly from this database, release SR18. Therefore, one can assume any program that uses the USDA database as reference would have also had this error. We have further verified the nutritional calculations extensively using several professional texts (including Professional Cooking by Giisslen, a book used by professional cooking schools and chefs, that comes with nutrition software included) and in every case the results agreed. When Julie initially contacted us we thanked her for alerting us to this and apologized for any issues this incorrect value may have caused, explaining that we can only be as accurate as the data we have been provided. We further explained that though we check through the information for accuracy and user friendly naming, being a small company we rely on our customers to let us know when a discrepancy may have been missed so we can research it, make the correction and issue an update or notice. The only specific problem that Julie was able to point out to us was the incorrect calorie value for Splenda. Thanks to her contacting us, this issue has been corrected in the current release. We asked her for details of the other “errors” but she did not provide any. As it is an easy procedure to correct this one database entry, or to add a new item for Splenda with the correct values, we offered Julie a way to correct the problem in her program while awaiting the update. Julie chose instead to ask for a refund, which we provided without hesitation. This being the case, we do not feel she really gave the product a full evaluation before giving this feedback. Customer Review: Inaccurate software program
I purchased this program directly from the manufacturer, Chefnology Software. I put in two recipes and immediately noticed errors. The most obvious was that the software had Splenda (no calorie sweetener) as having calories (23 calories in two little packets)!!! I needed an accurate program for my husband’s restricted diet, and this is not the program for that. If you are looking for accuracy, don’t buy this program. (Chefnology Software apologized and gave me a full refund.)

Customer Review: Fantastic bike
I bought this bike today for my 12 year old daughter, who moved up from a 20″ kids bike. This was the only full-size (26″) that she could comfortably get on and off of and balance while stopped. It has a smaller frame than most of the other bikes we tried, which works great for us smaller people. The brakes work perfectly, the shifting is easy, and she loves the way it looks. It is a little heavier than my mountain bike, but she is mainly using it for recreational riding, so that is not a big issue for us. She thinks the seat is comfortable, too. We will see how it holds up, but so far, I am very happy with the Ranger.

I bought this bike from Target about a year ago and I ride it almost every day. It rides very smoothly, the gears are easy to change, the seat easy to adjust, etc. It’s just an all-around good quality bike. I wouldn’t trade it for anything and would highly recommend it to anyone out there. I’m not too sure about buying bikes online because you have to assemble them but I recommend going to your local Target to pick this bike up and give it a little test ride. You won’t be disappointed.

Also, my fiance has the men’s Ranger bike which we purchased about a month ago and he loves it too. The Ranger’s are great bikes if you are looking at riding around your neighborhood or on paved streets. They do quite well on slightly rough terrain but they slide a good bit if you are on soft sand. They are definitely road bikes. No complaints here!

Customer Review: Extending The Senses of a Non-hearing Person
I met my deaf pen pal, Braz, online. We’ve been friends for years. I began sending him birthday presents and Christmas gifts when he was a teenager, an ambitious creativity guy. Well, for his 21st birthday I didn’t know what to get him. I thought, I love my earphones I got online, major major beauty of sound, and thought HOW CAN I ENHANCE MY FRIEND’S SENSES? Duh!? Well, his eyes work good! So, I sent this Burunton Echo 7X18 pocket scope to him, and he raves about it now. He sees things in more detain that were just on the fringe of his vision acuity zone…now his visual expertise is enhanced when and where he wants it to be using the handy scope which he keeps with him all the time.
