I bought several of these shakers. One for myself and several for friends. Everyone agrees, these are leak proof and do a good job of breaking up whey, creatine or whatever. Provided your not a moron and use too little liquid or don’t close it tightly enough. I read the previous review. Sealer ring? Don’t know what she’s talking about. There is no sealer ring. Seems like it would get in the “whey” of a good seal. Threads are large and snap top snaps tight. Little wagon wheel with tiny squares help break up powders. Little word of advice with any shaker. . . Pour liquid first then add powder. Swirl powder a few times to get a little wet, THEN, shake away. . .

I’ve had one for the past year and it’s great! One word of caution: keep up with the sealer ring or you’ll spring a leak. I had a friend lose hers and she wound up wearing her shake. Additional comment: The sealer ring (or gasket) is easy to overlook, thus you may miss it… until, of course, it’s gone. It’s a thin rubber ring that runs around the lid’s interior rim and is pictured on the manufacturer’s website here at ultimateshaker.com/images/cap-gasket-small.jpg.

Customer Review: Very Basic Kickboxing
I’m not saying this is a bad DVD. However, it is VERY basic cardio kickboxing and its very short in duration. I understand now why it was cheap. I wouldn’t purchase this again as a single DVD. I might purchase the set, but not too sure about that either. Anyway, this workout involves a simple warm-up, very basic moves, and then a cool-down. Again, I’m not saying the technique was bad. I’m just saying this was the type of video best used by a newby to the world of cardio kicboxing.

After a few sessions, I’m motivated to break my TV, DVD player and the DVDs themselves, but not much else. Michaels is great about setting a fast pace and making you work hard, but she gains that pace by completely failing to explain anything she’s doing. So if you’re someone who might injure yourself when you do something incorrectly in an attempt to recreate something you’re seeing for the first time while being screamed at in high-pitched banter, don’t bother. Furthermore, Michaels is flat-out verbally abusive to the others in the video and the user. She’s frequently yelling at others for not working hard enough while she’s doing NOTHING AT ALL. If you’re prone to throwing things when angry, put some kind of shield in front of breakable objects before you insert the DVD. If your goal is to find the most annoying fitness video out there, this package has five of them, so it’s a great bargain. If you’re interested in finding a workout plan that you can stick to, that’s easy to follow and low on mental torment, try something else. ANYTHING else.
