I ordered this book for my dad, who has just been diagnosed with Diabetes. He has found the book really helpful and useful with a variety of different foods. I would recommend it to anyone who has just been dropped the bomb of diabetes and needs some quick and easy help figuring out how to count carbs.

I rented this through Netflix, so had no access to any additional materials that might have been included with it (eye chart, for example). The only suggestion for improvement I would make is: have a separate workout on the DVD. While Mr. Schneider does go into how long to do each individual exercise when teaching, it would be nice to have a complete, real-time run through on the DVD. The exercises/warm-up he has you go through before you do any of the eye exercises could also be used as a gentle, yet energizing warm up for other physical exercise–a welcome and unexpected bonus.

The BSN Mass Stack is a great combination. The NO-Xplode drives excellent clarity and energy as a pre-workout supplement, and the Cell Mass certainly speeds recovery. Pumps and strength gains are definitely impressive. I would definitely recommend taking some substantial time away from these supps after several weeks of use; they are costly and the NO-Xplode particularly seems to have some diminishing returns after the first few weeks. The pricing on Amazon certainly makes these more attractive…

I buy these crackers at my local HEB store, although they are cheaper here at Amazon. I find them to be healthy and satisfy my need for something crunchy. They are very filling as well and easily satisfy my hunger craving. They are very hard, more so than the average cracker, but that is part of the fun! Lastly, they taste great! What more can you ask for!

I haven’t owned a bike in a few years. I looked at many kinds on Amazon and found this one which is perfect for my 5′2″ frame. And it’s purple to boot! I immediately bought streamers to put in the handles and ride all over town. The only problem was the seat which I found to be a little too hard. I put another seat on and it’s great. Very easy on my knees and easy for someone of my age to ride (I’m 53). I know I’ll be enjoying this bike for years to come.
