We all loved the cute songs and caught ourself singing them the rest of the day. This video is fun, upbeat, and really encouraged my children to get up and exercise. It is one of the best kids video’s out there!

My 2.5 and 3.5 yr olds LOVE this video. It has been great in the winter months to help the kids stay active indoors. This video is perfect for this age group. They love to jump, dance, and march around. Kristi Dear does a great job and my girls love to watch her. Cute animation, upbeat songs, and fun moves make this a great video.

My kids eat these up and ask for more. They have a bit more sugar than I would like but the kids love them and it satisfies their taste for something sweet. My husband and I also think they taste great.

The Biggest Loser Success Secrets is great because it has testimonials, photos, and baby steps to follow to inspire a person to success. You can easily open the book, look at a before and after photo, and be fired up again to stick to your diet and exercise. Huge successes all happened with daily faithful habits that snowballed into major changes. This isn’t a book you have to read cover to cover, just pick it up and LOOK at it. Most anyone should be able to look at the photos, quick tips, habits to cultivate, and say, “if they can do it, I can do it.” I think one of the biggest appeals is that these successes are everyday people like you, me, us, and our families and friends, NOT superstars or supermodels. The book is good reference to keep with you for bedtime or early morning inspiration. Keep one in the lunchroom at work too–great way to keep all the dieters motivated. This one’s a keeper!
