Customer Review: Save Your Money and Buy The Book!
Although the quality of information given on the DVD is excellent, it is grossly lacking in quantity. It contains less than 1/4 of what is in the book.
This DVD does include a 30 minute Q & A session with some of the audience, which is only fair at best. However, you have to go online to take the Real Age Quiz, a fact I never could find mentioned in the description. Nothing really wrong with the meager Exercise Tips.
For me, this was a case of more “sizzle” than “steak.”
This production should have included the entire 130 or so recommendations as covered in the book, or it should have plainly said that it did not cover what the book does.
This DVD is really just a promotion to get you to buy the book.
Again,I found this to contain excellent information, just not enough to warrant buying this instead of the book.

I so this Program on KOCE Orange County public television and really like it I first order it threw KOCE because had a pledge for $75.00 dollars and I ordered it and went on Amazon and so it for $12.99 and canceled my order then order it threw Amazon is worth the price because it has a lot of good idea’s on the video the video is good reference I would wash it again for more idea’s I would recommend it to any one!

Wow, at least your can came with a battery holder. Mine didn’t. Needless to say, the touchless can seldom worked as the batteries kept getting dislodged. What a disappointment.
Customer Review: Defective battery holder door
I do like this trash can, EXCEPT for the poorly fitted door to the battery holder. If I move the trash can, or if someone accidentally bumps it, the door becomes dislodged, and the batteries shift, losing their contact points. As a result, the can is no longer a “touchless” one. There is no damage to the door–it’s just a defect in the engineering and production. There’s no way to exchange it, as the postage to return it would cost too much. I’ve resorted to taping not only the door, but also the batteries. It is an annoying workaround. For this reason, I cannot recommend paying the price for this can unless you buy it locally and return it if yours, too, is defective.

Despite these weaknesses, Millie Meter’s Nutrition Adventure has much to recommend it–a quirky animation style, solid educational science, and some great songs. Customer Review: enjoyable program
My daugter of 6 liked this game a lot. She is always asking about what happens to your food, why do we burp etc. and this program answered a lot of her questions. The graphics are beautiful, not busy at all. They are a change from all the cartoon like graphics of other programs. Because this program is made in Europe, the voices do have an English accent(definitely not cockney, having lived in London, I know what cockney sounds like). The songs are funny. My 6 year old had no problem navigating this game. We own another program from this company which my daugter also likes a lot.
Customer Review: Great for studying digestion and nutrition
This game will help bring home how the digestive system works and how the food you eat affects you. It also has some great activities and experiments to try at home (like eating with chopsticks, napkin folding, drinking upside down, counting peas…). The graphics are pleasing and we didn’t run into any programming errors. The game design is simplistic but the kids love it and were able to complete it without aid from us. The age range says 6 and older however kids older than 8 or 9 will not find this game dynamic enough and will become easily put out.
